Fri Dinner@Phim Steakhouse
Had dinner there last night, not a purposely visit. Walking by and it had seats so just pop in. Been there a few times, I would say above average for a western food restaurant and surviving still. Set dinner caught our eye, so decision was easy. Had Parmesan Portello with Sirloin Strip though I don't really like mushroom, but because it had cheese in it.
If you look at the picture, shouldn't be able to make out what the hell is that. Basically, the portobello is coated with some kind bread crumps and deep fried, and somewhere in between infused with parmesan cheese. And the sirloin strips came on top.
The lamb shank which friends ordered is better, is cooked between tender and "melt into your mouth". The passion sorbet ice cream was very refreshing, though abit sweet.

Staff "Nope"
Customer "Is there a waiting list ?"
Staff "Yes"
Customer *Attempting to ask how many people in the list*
Staff "The list is very very long*
Another "Shoo Shoo go away, eat somewhere else" service. Hee, is okay because did not happen to us :)
