Thursday Dinner@师奶茶餐厅

It was a so called timed dinner with friends before my work activity on thursday. Originally wanted to just have it at Tampines then became Katong but ended up at ECP. Not the first time here, a typical 茶餐厅 that sprouted all over Singapore for the past years.

Average food but alot of selection. I had the chicken and pork chop rice with black pepper sauce, the sauce was quite concentrated but tastewise normal. The XO carrot cake was quite good, cripsy on the outside and soft inside with just enough savouryness in each bite. The 铁板四川辣子鸡 though not bad, abit expensive, a few pieces of deep fried chicken coated with some spicy powder. Dessert was average also, my 金枝玉露 doesn't gives any kick and at $5.50, not really cheap.
