It is just simply jinxed. The Chelsea curse was broken last season. The Arsenal was almost that close to been dissolved. But it is just not to be ...

As usual, Arsenal stringed their passes together very well and enjoy superior possession. Even when Van Persie had a very poor game, the rest gel well and create the best chances in the first half. Spurs defence could not cope with Arsenal swift passes and attacks.

But ... It has to be Bale whose sweet left foot free kick swept into Alumnia's right hand post.

Sigh ... Spurs has taken the lead in 6 of the last 9 meetings but never kept the lead. Robinson made a few good saves and Arsenal misses again and again. Spurs lead 1-0 half time.
