Call Centre

I believe most people will have experience calling a call centre or helpdesk ... regardless you are calling for what purpose ....

waive off your annual credit card subscription
check why your maxonline or singnet is so slow
your mobile service provider on your phone bills
problems with any electrical appliances
could be some anti-suicide, anti-violence or depression hotline

the list goes on and on and on ... any service or product that you can think of might have people that you can talk to !! Be it just a number and only one phone that rings to a full set of technology fronting featured pack equipments with 10s of agents or 100s to 1000s of agents waiting to pick up your call !! Most important, I believe is ... will they be able to solve your problem ? how fast ? how soothing ? how delighting ?
