KungFu Panda

A very entertaining 95 mins. The dialogues were funny and the action was hilarous. And you can see typical "kungfu" elements in it, "Shifu", "Master", "Chosen One", "Powerful Scroll", "Immobilized and Imprisoned", "Temple which you need to climb a few thousands steps", etc.

A Panda aka "SaMeDa" selling noodles has dreams of being a kungfu master. His chance came when Master WuGui predicted that TaiLang will escape. TaiLang was the favourite disciple of ShiFu but his ambitions was limitless and it led him in the wrong way.

So the time is here to select the chosen one, the dragon warrior. Everyone went to the temple to catch this event, SaMeDa made his way there as well but just couldn't make his way up the thousand steps. By the time, he make it up, the temple door had closed.

But with the usual SaMeDa luck, he appeared from the sky and drop in front of Master WuGui. So the journey beings for SaMeDa ....

Numerous scenes and lines were very funny. Below are some ...

Shifu went to see Master WuGui. Master wanted to tell shifu something but since he is a WuGui, the slow motion was exaggerated when he tried to blow out the few thousands candles one by one. Shifu couldn't wait and with a swift move, all candle are out.

SaMeDa after his first training session seems dejected but actually wasn't. The scene was set him back facing us, at the hilltop, looking at the moonlight. Beside him was a tree, then came along Master WuGui, who said "Ah, you just came and already found the don't know what sacred peach tree". Then SaMeDa turned around, with his mouth stuffed with peaches ....

After more trainings, Mantis was on SaMeDa's back, trying to treat SaMeDa using his acupuncture like treatment. But as SaMeDa just have too many fats, this proves quite hard. Then tigeress came in, starts to tell SaMeDa about Shifu and TaiLang's story. The atmosphere was tense as tigress tells how cham is Shifu. At the final moment, SaMeDa twitched into some funny face. Not because he wasn't serious, because Mantis accidentally went into the wrong acupoint.

Probably hard to visualize how funny it was and even more funny when you know some real life person actually resembled the KF Panda so much :) KF Panda = SaMeDa = KF Panda :) 8/10
