Meet the Spartans

It was Epic movie last year which spoof everything else in a backdrop of Narnia. This year's spoof of everything in a backdrop of 300. It was typical "Scary Movie", "Epic Movie", "Date Movie" style of physical comical action, jokes and spoofs. Not that I do not like such movies but seems a bit disappointing ... Don't know why wor.

A short movie. Under 80 mins if not for the ending meaningless scenes of independent continous spoof after the credits. Some scenes are quite hilarous though like the one where they march off to battle in dancing moves in "I will survive". Men in Sparta kisses each other while men and women hi-fi, actually only 1 woman, the Queen which spoof into the "Dark" Spidey.

The Pit of death saw almost everyone fell into it.

The first was of course the messenger who managed to get some lips+tongue action with the Queen before he was kicked in.

The spoof of the AI judges was quite funny though they went into the pit too. As more and more people fell into it, it seems overdone.

Deal or No Deal, Next Top Model were spoofed in Spartan style.


Talking about overdoing it, almost all the moves from WWE RAW and SmackDown were seen when the King taught his son to be tough "Scary Movie" style.

The fat bastard from Borat was the Godly Zeus which provide the extreme "Scary Movie" difference. He was over-piecred all over the body and can feel the pain when his nipple "peel" off when he tried to do something to that chain, but manage to literally staple it back though !!!

Spartans don't fight in this movie, they danced if off and insult their enemies. The insult scenes got abit boring as the scripted "Your mama was so ugly that ...." type of jokes wasn't that funny if you don't really understand the underlying sacarcism. And they even got a Coffee Bean stop out in the battlefield.

In the end, the luckiest guy was the one who was send back to deliver the news. He got caress the Queen's boob as he was "Eyeless" after the battle. The 13 Spartans were killed when the transformer where Zeu turned into fell on them :) 6/10
